We are targeting the local youths and women in the Ugandan community both educated and non-educated.

Aim of the training
We aim at empowering women and youths with the different skills so as to curb the current high levels of unemployment in the country. To expand the company to other regions of the country hence improving our service to the people.

People we intend to work with
We intend to work with the local government officials so as to meet the project goals and aims. The Local Council will be required to actively take part in the training by making suggestions about the groups to be trained, organize the trainings, and train where need arises. The environmentalists such as NEMA will also be required to help us move the project ahead by providing us with necessary material

Project running
The project will start with small groups of people and they will receive practical training in all of the mentioned areas above. We will be taking on groups from different parts of the country. A group may be say from Luweero district or any other district. For the start we will be considering districts then after we can get closer by considering individual villages.

After training
The trained people will work with Uganda Stove in their localities and put the skills gained into action. Since we want to empower people we intend to offer the trained groups all that is necessary to see them succeed in implementing the aims and goals of the project.
